If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom for her birthday and she loved them! The arrangement looked exactly like the picture online. I even received an image via email, before it was delivered, of what the arrangement to be delivered looked like. Great service and beautiful arrangement. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
