Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I have had a hard time getting flowers delivered. I had a local florist claim that my order was delivered and it never was. It took them days to agree to refund my money. In the meantime my friend was very ill in the hospital and I was in a different state unable to help. Your Company went above and beyond to do everything I needed in a timely matter. The flowers were beautiful and she loves them. You also respected my request to send me confirmation of delivery, even sending a picture. Thank you so much ! This is excellent service and I will be using you again.
